Soirée is so excited to offer our #BossBabe $1,000 Entrepreneur Scholarship for the 2023-2024 academic year! We believe strongly in lady bosses (ahem, we are some), and we want to build our tribe. All of us have experienced the pinch of the college budget and, let’s be real- that sucks.
Eligibility Requirements
1. Female student must be enrolled in a graduate program commencing on or before Fall 2023.
2. Student must be in good academic standing, with a minimum 3.2 GPA.
3. Student must reside in Colorado Springs, Colorado (or surrounding area up to 15 miles outside city limits).
4. Student must submit a paper no more than 1,500 words describing their entrepreneurial goals. Read: Tell us about your dream hustle! We know you have big plans- drop them on us!
Scholarship Terms and Conditions
Applications will be accepted until May 1, 2023. Scholarship recipient will be publicly announced June 1, 2023.
You must read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety before you accept your scholarship offer. When you accept your scholarship you are agreeing to and accepting these Terms and Conditions and agree to the requirements and conditions of your scholarship.
Students in receipt of scholarship may also be required to sign an individual scholarship agreement. Students must meet all conditions as outlined in the agreement.
All correspondence between applicant and Soirée Bridal Boutique, LLC will be operated primarily via email, with the option of telephone communication, based on Soirée Bridal Boutique, LLC’s decision. All applicants must use a school or university email address to be eligible. Any changes to this email address, after submission of application and without necessary cause, may result in cancelation of their application.
Any successful applicant may be required to show proof that they are enrolled in, or have been accepted in, an accredited university graduate course of study, commencing studies for the fall semester 2023.
All students offered scholarships will receive an official ’offer’ email offering the funds, and must reply either accepting or rejecting this offer within 14 days of receipt.
Failure to respond within this 14-day period may result in the scholarship offer being withdrawn and reassigned. You must accept your scholarship offer by the due date, as instructed in your offer email, to be eligible to receive payment.
Soirée Bridal Boutique, LLC will make payment of the funds in one single installment, though we reserve the right to make payment in multiple installments, as we see fit.
The total value of the scholarship offered will be outlined in the official offer email. We reserve the right to offer any value of funds, up to the value of $1000.
Scholarships are awarded based on established eligibility criteria. You must meet the eligibility requirements to receive your scholarship payment. The eligibility requirements for each scholarship are outlined on the scholarship page of our website.
You may be permitted to hold more than one scholarship.
Soirée Bridal Boutique, LLC is not responsible for and cannot provide you with financial advice on taxation matters. The information provided here is of a general nature only and does not take into account your individual financial circumstances. If you are enrolled full-time (at least 18 credit points per semester), your scholarship payment may not be taxed, however Soirée Bridal Boutique, LLC is not responsible for checking and notifying you of, nor paying any taxation obligations.
Providing false or misleading information is an offense. If Soirée Bridal Boutique, LLC knows or has reason to believe that you have provided false or misleading information, Soirée Bridal Boutique, LLC may reassess your eligibility for the scholarship and you will be liable to re-pay to Soirée Bridal Boutique, LLC the total sum of any payments incorrectly made to you.
Soirée Bridal Boutique, LLC reserves the right to cancel the Scholarship program at any point. Soirée Bridal Boutique, LLC will not share your application information with any other entities.
